COMPLETION OF BUSINESS UNIT SPIN-OFF

The Societe  Anonyme under the corporate name “IΝFORM P. LYKOS S.A. PROCESSING & DEVELOPMENT OF PRINTED INFORMATION SYSTEMS” («Company”) announces to the investors that the internal re-organization of the Group has been concluded with the spin-off of the production, processing, development and trading sector of printed information systems and its contribution to its new 100% subsidiary under the corporate name “INFORM LYKOS (HELLAS) SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” in accordance with the provisions of Law  4601/2019, Law 4548/2018 and the article of Law 4172/2013.

Following the completion of the aforementioned spin-off and the consequent modification of its name and purpose, the Company's name is hereinafter referred to as "INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A.".
