Issuance of tax certificate for the fiscal year 2018

in accordance with article 65A Law 4174/2013

The Anonymous Company “FLEXOPACK S.A.” hereinafter (“the Company”) in accordance with the provisions of paragraph  4.1.3.1  section 12 of the  Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, notifies the investors that pursuant to the completion of the special tax audit for fiscal year 2018 conducted by the lawful auditors of the Company pursuant to the provisions of article 65A Law 4174/2013 as currently in force, to the Company and the affiliated companies namely “INOVA S.A.” and “VLACHOS BROS S.A.” the respective tax certificates have been issued with conclusion without reservation.
