Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

MYTILINEOS S.A. (the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 par. 1 p(bb) and article 21) and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that the Company's Board of Directors elected on 02.02.2021 as new independent non-executive member Ms. Natalia Nikolaidis, replacing the independent non-executive member Mr. Georgios Chryssikos, who resigned, for the rest of his tenure, namely until 07.06.2022. The election of the new member will be ratified by then next General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of law 4548/2018 and the Company's Articles of Association.

The Company welcomes to the Board Ms. Nikolaidis who is expected to contribute from her new position to its further development.

CV of Ms. Natalia Nikolaidis

Natalia Nicolaidis worked at Credit Suisse (CS) for 24 years where she served as global General Counsel for the Investment Banking & Capital Markets Division for the last 5 years. Previously she was Head of Risks & Controls for the aforementioned division and capital markets and mergers & acquisitions lawyer at CS in London and New York. She is the founder of Dynamic Counsel, an independent strategic and transactional consultancy. Ms. Nicolaidis also practiced law in New York from 1991 to 1996.  She has graduated from Yale University (Economics) and Georgetown University (Law, Juris Doctor and Master of Science in Foreign Service). She also holds a Masters in European Union Law from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium).
