PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

(the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, for the period 15/02/2021-22/02/2021, purchased 30,369 own shares, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the Company' competent bodies, as follows:

The announcement is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8th March 2016.
