Due to today's abrupt, unjustified and extreme decline in its share price, ELLAKTOR informs the investment community regarding the following:
There have been no developments or events, to the knowledge of the Company, that justify today's extreme drop in its share price.
In addition, the Company declares that:
1. After communication with the major shareholder of the Company, the shareholder categorically expressed his full support towards the Management of the Group and its subsidiaries, and firmly denied rumors regarding financing difficulties of its vehicle
2. The Company considers the propagation of these aforementioned rumors as targeted and intended to undermine the share price
3. The Company will take all necessary actions to protect the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
