PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, for the period 01/02/2021-05/02/2021, purchased 29,602 own shares, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the Company competent bodies, as follows:

Following the aforementioned purchases, the Company holds now 910,316 own shares, which represent 3.3098% of the Company's total shares.
