Evia with the formation of  a new Société Anonyme company 100% subsidiary under the corporate name “ N. Evia Aquaculture Single-Μember Société Anonyme” with GEMI 153052801000 In accordance with article 57, paragraph 3 of L. 4601/2019 and the provisions of  L.4548/2018.
