EUROPEAN RELIANCE SA (the Company) announces that pursuant to the provisions of Law. 3556/2007, L.3340 / 2005, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007, the Circular 33 and Decision 3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Diamantopoulos Georgios, Independent - Non Executive Member of the Board, of the company European Reliance General  Insurance Company SA, proceeded on the following transactions:

• on Tuesday 09/06/2020, he bought 150 (one hundred and fifty) shares of the Company, with a share price of 3.70 euros
• on Wednesday 10/06/2020, he bought 1,850 (one thousand eight hundred and fifty) shares of the Company, with a share price of 3.735 euros

With the above transactions, the total direct and indirect shares of the European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. owned by Mr. Diamantopoulos, amounts to 105,000 shares (0.38176% of the Total Shareholders Capital).
