Announcement of revocation of the invitation to the Shareholders' Ordinary General Μeeting of 7 July 2020

Autohellas informs that the Board of Director, by its decision of 24 June 2020, has decided to revoke the published invitation and cancel the Shareholders' Ordinary General meeting                                       of 7 July 2020.

Α new invitation of shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on a new date will be followed.
