AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 13^th of May 2020, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Eftichios Vassilakis Vice President of the BoD & Managing Director  (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 20.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 79,704.37 and on 14^th of May 2020, purchased 10.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 38,750.00
