Continuation of suspension of trading of the shares of
DIVERSA S.A.

The Athens Stock Exchange, following the disclosure of the annual financial statements of the company "DIVERSA S.A.", for the fiscal year ended 30.06.2019, upon which the auditor's report expressed a "Qualified Opinion", decided to continue the suspension of trading of company's shares, for the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market.
