Temporarily Suspension of trading of the shares of
"FORTHNET S.A."

The Athens Stock Exchange, upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, temporarily suspended the trading of the shares of "FORTHNET S.A.", as of today, November 23^th, 2020, until the company provides the investing public with all-important information regarding the management of the company and the constitution of its Board of Directors.

As of the same date, the trading of the convertible corporate bonds of the company is also suspended.
