Announcement of the Receipt of Annual Certificate of Tax Compliance for the Greek subsidiaries of the UNIBIOS Group for the financial year 2019.

The company "Unibios Holdings" in application of the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rule Book, informs the investment public that the special tax audit of the Parent Company and its Greek subsidiaries for the financial year 2019 was completed. The audit was carried out by the Legal Auditors in accordance with the provisions of Article 65A paragraph 1 of Law 4174/2013, as amended and in accordance with other relevant legislation in force, and the corresponding Tax Compliance Reports were issued without reservation.
