Space Hellas S.A. announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting dated 21/07/2016, elected by a unanimous decision Mrs. Zoi Sakellaridou daughter of Fragiskos, as its new member in replacement of the resigned non-executive member Mr. Paraskevaς Drosinos son of Dimitrios. The new member will be an executive member of the Board of Directors. The said election will be announced by the Board of Directors in the next General Assembly of the company that will be convened.
