With reference to press reports appeared in the Sunday Greek press Vima, Aegean Airlines SA announces that it has never expressed any interest or participates either directly or indirectly through a group of companies in the tender process which is launched by Alpha Bank for the sale of Athens Hilton. Thus, aforementioned press report does not hold true as far as Aegean Airlines interest in the process for the sale of Athens Hilton is concerned.
