Announcement for the issuance of the Tax Compliance Report of Greek Group companies LOULIS MILLS SA for 2015

The company "LOULIS MILLS SA" pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the ATHEX Regulation and Article 10 par. 1 of L.3340 / 2005, informs the investors that the special tax audit of the Company and its Greek subsidiaries for the year 2015 was completed. The audit was conducted by the auditors in accordance with the Article 65A of Law. 4174/2013, as in force, and issued the corresponding Tax Compliance Conclusion reports without qualification.
