(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Νον-Executive Member of Space Hellas S.A., Mrs. Chatzistamatiou Eirini-Anastasia daughter of Theodoros (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) acquired 13.000 common registered shares of the company on January 20, 2016 as a parental benefit.
