AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, M. G. CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexandros Makridis (Independent, non-executive member of the BoD), sold 2.500 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 20,537.50 on 23/5/2016.
