Pursuant to L.3340/2005 and article 2 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as well as the Board of Directors resolution of Halcor dated on 5/4/2016, HALCOR S.A. announces:

• Mrs. Aikaterini Kapeleri is appointed as Group Internal Auditor of Halcor Group, in replacement of Mr. Dimitrios Athanasiou.
• Mr. Alexandros Kompotis is appointed as Head of Investor relations.
