Financial Calendar 2016 (Notification of Amendment)

KLEEMANN HELLAS S.A. announces, according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, the amendment to its Financial Calendar 2016, regarding the  non-publication of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the 9-month period of 2016 based on the amendment of the provisions of L.3556/2007, which according to Law 4374/2016 removes the obligation for publication of the 3-month and 9-month period financial statements.
