TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors of the Company during its meeting on the 21^st April 2016 elected, in accordance with Codified Law 2190/20, Law 3016/2002 and the provisions of article 10 par. 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Vassilios Delikaterinis son of Evangelos, Economist, as new executive member of the Board, replacing the deceased Panayiotis Pothos. The new member's term of office expires simultaneously with the rest of the Board Members, on the 30^th June 2017 the latest.    

Therefore, the new composition of the Board of Directors is the following:

George Perdikaris- Vice Chairman, 

Emmanuel Maragoudakis – Chief Executive Officer, 

George Spyrou – Executive Director, 

Vassilios Delikaterinis – Director, Executive member

Michael Gourgis – Director, Executive member

Theodoros Tagas – Director, Non Executive Member

Aristides Dasis – Independent non-Executive Member

Nikolaos Kalamaras - Independent non-Executive Member
