The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the company's BoD, Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the company's BoD and Managing Director of the Group, and Mrs. Aikaterini Saranti, member of the company's BoD, acquired, on 07/01/2016 due to parental donation 330,000 common shares each.
