 Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions' notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), the following:

- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice- Chairman of the Company's BoD, proceeded on June 22^nd 2016 to the sale of 50,000 common shares at the price of 8.90 euros of total value 445,000 euros.

- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the Company's BoD, proceeded on June 22^nd 2016 to the sale of 20,000 common shares at the price of 8.90 euros of total value 178,000 euros.
