The Regulatory Authority of Energy issued the license n. 413/2016 for the supply of electricity of 300 MW, to the subsidiary KEN SA.

KEN SA is a 100% subsidiary of KARATZIS SA with a share capital of 600,000.00 euro.

The new power provider through ongoing partnerships with companies that have a broad retail network and through its own sales outlets expects to gain a significant market share by offering to its clients high-level services.

Karatzis Group has been active in the field of renewable energy for more than 10 years, operating stations of 15 MW throughout Greece.

Additionally, Karatzis Group is a worldwide leader in the production of nets packaging, running three production units in Greece, one in Germany, as well as five commercial companies in the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Russia and Romania. The Group exports to more than 50 countries worldwide 90% of its production.
