 Consolidated Report on payments to governments

 (according to article 6, L.3556/2007, as in force) 

The ELLAKTOR Group announces, according to the provisions of article 6 of Law 3556/2007, as in force, that due to subsidiaries mining activities for quarry products, has paid to the Greek Government within the Fiscal Year which ended on 31.12.2015, the amount of euro 642 th.

The above amount concerns payments for:

a. Lease payments for quarries, euro 146 th., and                                                             

b. Duties for aggregates of quarries, euro 496 th.

The breakdown of payments by entity is:                                                         

a. HELLENIC QUARRIES SA, euro 636 th., and                                   

b. DI-LITHOS SA, euro 6 th.
