According the Extraordinary General Meeting decision of 15/04/2016, and in the context of the investing public good and timely information and in accordance with Article 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1. the Athens Exchange Regulation announced the dates for the return of capital to the beneficiaries. The standard will be on Monday 07/04/2016, beneficiaries are the shareholders at the end of the session Tuesday 07/05/2016 and the payment will be made on Monday 11/07/2016.
