“SELECTED TEXTILES SA”, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces the following:

   Mr Εvripidis Ch.Dontas, President of the Board of Directors and managing director of the company, (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded:

1. Οn 30.03.2016, to the acquisition of 3.001 registered common shares of the company at the price of 367,60 euro.

2. Οn 31.03.2016, to the acquisition of 410 registered common shares of the company at the price of 48,38 euro.
