(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the executive member of the board of directors of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Panagiotis Bellos, son of Christos (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold on, September 14^th, 2016, according to private agreements totally 43,930 (a. 38,835 and b. 5,095) common registered shares of the company with a total value of €30,311.70 (a.26,796.15€ and b. 3,515.55€).
