Space Hellas S.A. (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the C.F.O. and executive member of the board of directors of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Ioannis Doulaveris, son of Alexandros (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought on September 14^th, 2016, according to a private agreement, 5,095 common registered shares of the company with a total value of  3,515.55 euro .
