The Company Forthnet S.A. announces that Mr. Chistos Charalabous takes over temporarily as I.T. Director following the departure of Mr. Konstantinos Fatolas.

The announcement is made in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1(5) and 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Exchange Rule Book, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of Law 3340/2005 and arts. 2 and 3 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
