Notification of substantial holdings L. 3556/2007

OPAP S.A., pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following a disclosure received by «BlackRock Inc», on 07.04.2016 announces that as a result of the implementation of changes to the transparency directive, the total number of voting rights attached to shares by the aforementioned company stood at 4.92%, while the total number of voting rights through financial instruments stood at 0.45% i.e. in total 17,140,053 or 5.37% of OPAP's share capital. The date on which the said percentage exceeded the 5% threshold is 04.04.2016.
