TERNA ENERGY SA informs the Investors that by Decision 103/ 15.3.2016, the Director of Research of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission has appointed BETA Securities as the ATHEX Member responsible for conducting the sale of 7.637 fractional shares of the Company which resulted from the following increases of the Company's share capital:

1)      by the amount of 1,561,701 € with capitalization of part of the special share premium reserve and the issuing of  5,205,670 new common registered shares with a nominal value of 0.30 € each, in accordance with the resolution of the General Assembly held in May 24, 2012 and the distribution for free to Company shareholders of new shares at a ratio of 1 new share towards 20 existing shares, that have been traded since  August 23, 2012  and resulted 1,179 fractional shares

2)      by the amount of 1,261,320 € with capitalization of part of the special share premium reserve and the issuing of 4,204,400 new common registered shares with a nominal value of 0.30 € each, in accordance with the resolution of the General Assembly held in July 25, 2013 and the distribution for free to Company shareholders of new shares at a ratio of 1 new share towards 25 existing shares, that have been traded since  November 1, 2013  and resulted 5,918 fractional shares

The sale of the shares shall take place on Tuesday April 12, 2016 in accordance with clause 2.3.6 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.

The starting price for the sale of the shares cannot be lower than the closing price of the day immediately before the date of the sale.

The total amount of the sale of the shares will be deposited at the Deposits and Loans Fund, and the beneficiary Shareholders shall be entitled to receive the corresponding amount therefrom.

The result of the sale as well as the procedure including supporting documents required for the payment of the corresponding amount to the beneficiaries shall be notified by the Company in due time.
