Modification of Financial Calendar 2016 

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the modification of the Financial Calendar regarding the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The new date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is June 24^th, 2016.
