Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2015:

Thursday, 31st of March 2016 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 28th of June 2016.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 18th of August 2016.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 19th of August 2016.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 24th of August 2016.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
