GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors of the Company during its meeting on the 20^th April 2016 elected, in accordance with Codified Law 2190/20, Law 3016/2002 and the provisions of article 17 of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Georgios Perdikaris son of Gerassimos, Electrical Engineer, as new member of the Board, replacing the deceased Panayiotis Pothos. The new member's term of office expires simultaneously with the rest of the Board Members, on the 30^th June 2019 the latest.    

Therefore, the new composition of the Board of Directors is the following:

The Board of Directors also decided that Mr. Georgios Perdikaris temporarily replaces Panayiotis Pothos as member of the Auditing Committee and the following General Assembly, which shall convene by the 30^th June 2016 the latest, shall elect the members of the Auditing Committee in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of Law 3693/2008.

Mr. Georgios Perdikaris replaces Panayiotis Pothos in the Nominations and Remunerations Committee.
