Athens, July 13, 2016 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE or Company), announces that:

The independent non-executive member of OTE's BoD and Chairman of the Audit Committee and of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, Mr. Panagiotis Tampourlos, notified on 1/7/2016 the Company's BoD, of his intention to undertake the position of an independent member of the Audit Committee of the company “Athens International Airport S.A.”, which is a major corporate client of OTE.

This announcement is published in the frame of the provisions of Law 3016/2002 [article 6 paragraph 2] and the Company's Internal Regulation Manual regarding the procedures for the economic activities of the Company's directors related to basic suppliers or clients of the Company.
