Space Hellas announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting dated 17/3/2016, elected by a unanimous decision Mr. Chatzistamatiou Theodoros son of Nikolaos, as its new member in replacement of the resigned independent and non-executive member Mrs. Eirini-Anastasia Chatzistamatiou. The new member will be also an Independent and non-executive member of the Board of Directors The said election will be announced by the Board of Directors in the next General Assembly of the company that will be convened.
