(“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the non-executive member of the board of directors of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Drosinos Paraskevas, son of Dimitrios (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold according to private agreements totally 41.675 (a. 38.835 and b. 2.840) common registered shares of the company with a total value of €27.380,48 (a.25.514,60€ and b. 1.865,88€) on, July 18^th 2016.
