LOULIS MILLS SA announces that on the 4^th of August 2016 a new subsidiary was established under the name LOULIS LOGISTICS SERVICES SA with a 99.67% participation of the company LOULIS MILLS SA and founding capital of Euro 30,000. The new company's main purpose is the intermediation on behalf of third parties for loading, unloading, storage, transportation and distribution of products and the overall provision of port facilities to third parties.
