Announcement of Regulated Information of Law 3556/2007
In compliance with Article 19,par. 2 of Law 3556/2007, OPAP S.A. (the “Company”), announces its intention to transfer the Company's Registered Office and to amend accordingly Article 3 (Central Office) of the Company's Articles of Association, following a relevant resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company that will take place on Tuesday, the 21st of June 2016, 15:00 (. The EGM will be held at the Company's headquarters at 62, Kifissou Str., Peristeri, Greece.
The Company's amended article and provisions, as well as the configurated text submitted for approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting, are available at the Company's website (www.opap.gr) and the Athens Exchanges website (www.helex.gr).
