2.9.2016: In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (art. 9 and 11), in conjunction with Decision No. 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Circular no 33/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and further to the prior relevant notifications dated 10.6.2014, 19.6.2015, 19.11.2015 and 6.6.2016 the company Forthnet S.A. (“Forthnet”) announces that upon relevant notification it received from the company VODAFONE PANAFON HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY SA (hereinafter “Vodafone Greece”) the time limit for the exercise of the option that Vodafone Greece had acquired upon agreement with “WIND HELLAS TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A.” (hereinafter “WIND”) dated 04.06.2014 for the acquisition of 14,584,853 ordinary shares of Forthnet to which equal in number voting rights correspond and which are owned by WIND, was amended, and consequently the aforementioned option may be exercised at the completion of thirty (30) months from the signing of the aforementioned agreement.
