Athens, Νοvember 14, 2016 – The company “Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.” (OTE S.A. or Company), announces that, on 11/11/2016, the Company has proceeded with the transfer (Over the Counter- OTC) of 41,150 own shares (out of which 6,000 at the price of €4.49 per share, 17,650 at the price of €4.77 per share and 17,500 at the price of €5.635 per share), representing 0.0084% of the Company's paid-up share capital, to four (4) beneficiaries of the approved, by the General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, “Stock Option Plan” due to the exercise of equal number of Vested Rights. Τhe total value of this transaction stood at €209,743. Following this transaction, the Company holds today 1,320,110 own shares.

The announcement is issued as Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (f), (bb), and article 21], Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and the relevant Decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
