The Management of the Company “THRACE PLASTICS SA” (henceforth the “Company”) announces that despite the abolition, according to article 2, paragraph 9 of Law 4374/2016 (Government Gazette A' 50/01.04.2016), of the obligation concerning the preparation of interim financial statements for the first and third quarter of the financial year as well as the release of the Condensed Data & Information deriving from the above mentioned financial statements, an obligation which emanated from the clauses of the article 6 of Law 3556/2007, and with the objective to immediately and adequately inform investors' community with regard to the development, the performance, the activities, the position of the Company as well as the course of the financial results and corresponding financial ratios, it will continue to prepare and release first and third quarter (interim) financial statements and the corresponding Condensed Data & Information. With regard to the third quarter of the current financial year (1.1.2016-30.9.2016), the release of the financial statements and the relevant information is expected to take place on Friday, 18 November 2016 before the trading session.
