 Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions' notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD) that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on July 28 2016 to the purchase of 50 common shares at the price of 8.29 euros of total value 414.50 euros.
