The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, to article 11 of the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and to the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the company GEK TERNA S.A., which is closely associated with Mr. Georgios Peristeris,  Chairman of the Board of Directors of  TERNA ENERGY S.A.,  proceeded today April 8, 2016, to OTC transfer of  171,498  common nominal shares,  of  a total value of  677,655.45 €.

The aforementioned shares have been acquired by York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.  as repayment of  bonds of the Bond Loan issued by GEK TERNA SA, of a total nominal value of 650,000.00 €, increased by the accrued interest.
