Αthens, April 28, 2016 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO; OTC MARKET: HLTOY), announces that Ms. Maria Rontogianni, Executive Director Internal Audit OTE Group will assume the position of Senior Vice President Group Audit, Risk Management & Insurance (SVP GAR) in Deutsche Telekom Group, leaving her current role on 01/06/2016.

Mr. Michael Tsamaz, Chairman and Managing Director, thanked Ms. Rontogianni for her contribution to OTE Group's performance and wished her every success in her new position.

A new announcement will follow as soon as the procedures provided for by law are completed regarding the head of OTE Group Internal Audit.
