Athens, June 29, 2016 – The company “Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.” (OTE S.A. or the Company), announces that it acquired on 28/6/2016 23,000 own shares, for an average price of €8.039 per share, of total value €184,897, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 9 of Law 3340/2005, the 2273/2003 EU Regulation and the resolutions of Company's competent corporate bodies.
