The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decisions of the Annual General Meetings of the Shareholders dated June 11, 2014 & May 19, 2015, purchased on April 22, 2016 through the Investment Bank of Greece, 29,492 own shares with an average price of €1.0346 per share and a total purchase price €30,511.76.
