Luxembourg, February 18, 2016 – An INTRASOFT International consortium has been awarded the high-profile btrain3 framework contract by the European Commission's Directorate General for Taxation and Customs Union.

The project, which will run for 5 years, will see INTRASOFT International and consortium leader Siveco providing a range of services, spanning from e-learning module development to pan-european awareness-raising campaigns on taxation and customs-related matters.

INTRASOFT International will leverage its multiyear word-class experience in the field of customs and taxation and will combine it with innovative digital communication and content management and creation, for a unique service offering.

The current contract, btrain3, builds upon the previous contractual periods (running since 2005) to fulfil DG TAXUD's overarching aim, namely to support the consistent implementation of EU customs and tax legislation, that will be achieved through the production of centrally developed training content (e-learning, blended learning), by supporting human resource development and through the communication of consistent messages on customs and tax policies throughout the EU.

INTRASOFT International's specialized institutional communication service unit will work closely with DG TAXUD and Siveco to tailor innovative messages and content that meet and exceed client expectations and at the same time reach out to European audiences. From audiovisual production, to event organization and translation, within btrain3 INTRASOFT International is expected to localize and articulate a unique brand of institutional and stakeholder dialogue across Europe.
