HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE informs investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 27.06.2016, set the ex-date and payment date for the special dividend (share capital return) that had been decided by the 1^st Repetitive General Meeting of Shareholders on 09.6.2016.

Following the determination of the abovementioned dates, the financial calendar for the remainder of the fiscal year is as follows:

• Special dividend– record date:                                       Tuesday 5 July 2016

The ex-date (Monday 4 July 2016) is before the expiration of the following future contracts that are traded in the derivatives market: Future with the CompanyΆs share (stock symbol: EXAE) as the underlying security – expiration on 16.09.2016, and future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which EXAE is a component stock) – expiration on 15.07.2016.

• Special dividend - payment date:                                  Monday 11 July 2016
• Release of Nine Month 2016 Results:                          Monday 28 November 2016

The special dividend that will be paid per share (EUR0.22) is increased by the amount corresponding to the 2,155,008 shares in treasury stock that are not entitled to the special dividend, and amounts to EUR0.2275 per share.

The financial results will be published on the Company website (www.athexgroup.gr) after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day.
